• Single Room with bathroom, shower, satellite tv and breakfast buffet and free Wi-Fi:

52, 00 EUR each night if you stay 1 night

49,00 EUR each night if you stay 2 or more nights

• Additional bed incl. breakfast:

22,00 EUR per night

• Small Dogs can be accommodated, please inquire beforehand.

Cancellation Policy. We require you to cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. There will be no cancellation costs. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your booked arrival date we will charge you the full rate for one night – unless we can sell the room to a new guest.

Non-smoking policy. We have a non-smoking property. You may smoke outside on the patio or in front of our house only, not inside our house. In the interest of our non-smoking guests an additional cleaning fee of 49 Euros is due in case you are smoking inside your room.

Tradshows and Events. During certain times of the year we have different rates (55 Euro Single, 82 Euro Double). These rates apply at the following events:
